CBS president dismisses I’m a Celebrity; celebs beds get covered.
CBS challenged ABC’s plans to air I’m a Celebrity—Get Me Out of Here in court and lost, but now CBS’ president is “‘not unhappy’ that the network didn’t prevail in court,” the LA Times reports. The show has seen steadily-declining ratings, despite the celebrities’ near-mutiny which resulted in the celebs getting plastic tents over their beds and other dry gear. Moonves also said that if there’s a celebrity version of Survivor, “it would have to have a higher celebrity value than being married to J. Lo or Rod Stewart.” The celebrity with the fewest number of votes will be eliminated tonight, and eliminations will continue until the series finale next week.
