VH1 sets another record as 4.43 million people watched I Love New York’s premiere
The debut of I Love New York on Sunday set another record for VH1, proving that the decision to create a Flavor of Love spin-off was a good one.
A total of 4.43 million people watched on Monday, according to Variety. That “was the best start for a series in VH1 history,” and it beat the second season’s debut by more than one million viewers.
Previously, the former highest-rated debut in the network’s history was the premiere of Flavor of Love 2, which was watched by 3.3 million viewers.
