4.8 million watch I Love New York finale, well below Flavor of Love 2’s numbers

I Love New York is officially “the second-highest-rated season of any VH1 series ever,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.

On Monday, 4.8 million viewers watched its finale, when Tango proposed to New York. That’s more viewers than tuned in for the show’s its record-setting debut, but far fewer than the 7.5 million who watched the season finale of Flavor of Love 2.

Online, “VH1 said that nearly 1 million video streams” of the finale were served on Monday and Tuesday.
