Michael Jackson Cirque du Soleil shows will cast dancers, choreographer via reality TV

The Las Vegas Cirque du Soleil show and touring arena show that will use Michael Jackson’s music may find their choreographer and dancers via a reality TV show.

“We would pick the best choreographer that there is in the world to work on [our stage] show, but also use them in a reality show in order to find a new, cutting-edge choreographer that could join the team,” Cirque CEO and president Daniel Lamarre told MTV News. The show would also find dancers, and viewers would vote, as usual. “Right now there is a huge appetite for people that want to participate in this Michael Jackson tribute,” he said.
