Pop stars and superheroes are among the next reality TV show stars. The WB’s new show Who Wants to be a Superhero will be “a tongue-in-cheek fantasy contest show” produced by Stan Lee, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Contestants will compete in front of a panel of judges to have their superhero persona turned into a comic book character. … The next celebrities to get Osbournes-style treatment will be star couple Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey. On the show, which debuts in August, “cameras will capture the recently wed pop stars as they adjust to married life,” the network reports. … Also, Bravo announced that it will air a five-part reality TV show about the making of reality TV shows. “The Reality of Reality” will air in the third quarter of 2003.
