Jailbreak and Bunim-Murray’s New York media show have been shelved; other shows delayed.
Networks are putting the breaks on some previously planned reality TV projects, according to today’s debut issue of Powerful Media’s new magazine [ INSIDE ]. Jailbreak and ABC’s untitled journalism show from Bunim-Murray have both been killed; ABC’s The Runner (the Matt Damon and Ben Affleck show) and FOX’s Wanted are both on hold because of “safety concerns.” Still, [ INSIDE ] reports that the looming writer’s strike may push more reality TV on the air. Still planned: FOX’s Temptation Island and NBC’s Sweet Revenge.
