Tom DeLay drops out, but DWTS still sends Debi Mazar home to not appear on Entourage

Tom DeLay would have been safe in the competition, but as expected, he dropped out of Dancing with the Stars 9 because of his injuries.

Tom Bergeron said that “in the interest of fairness,” viewer votes were kept and the show eliminated Debi Mazar. Now she can go back to not actually ever being on the show she allegedly stars on, HBO’s Entourage, which I can’t stop watching even thought it’s increasingly terrible and misogynistic and stupid, but I digress.

Tom DeLay said he left because his injuries meant “you can’t practice, but if you can’t practice, you make a fool out of yourself out here, and I don’t want to do that to Cheryl.”

The big question is whether or not this helped Tom DeLay’s image or not. I wavered between finding him oddly, amusingly human and even more insufferable.
