Steve-O has a hematoma, waiting on doctor’s report

Steve-O is bleeding internally, but whether he’ll be back on Dancing with the Stars 8 next week depends upon a doctor’s evaluation.

“I have a hematoma. In laymen’s terms it means I grew a third butt cheek … A sprained vessel … I have a pinched nerve and my back is [sprained],” he told Access Hollywood on Tuesday. “I’m gonna be fine.” That injury is in addition to his back injury that kept him out of Monday’s competition.

Wednesday night, though, his partner Lacey Schwimmer told OK! that Thursday “morning he has a doctors appointment. If the doctor says, ‘It’s okay to dance,’ then we are in the studio.”
