ArchivesMario Lopez and Karina Smirnoff “are spending a Mexico vacation together after celebrating Thanksgiving with Lopez’s sister in Houston,” People magazine reports.
“We’re definitely overdue for a break. I want to take a little time off, go to Mexico,” Mario told People—while he was “sitting knee-to-knee with Smirnoff,” People points out.
And Mario says the two have “a very special relationship.” However, he denies that, even after spending Thanksgiving together and going on vacation together, it’s anything more than a friendship.
“It’s very flattering when people want to see us together and like to see us be together. We’re great friends and very supportive of each other,” he said.
Next up for Mario: He’ll be narrating the Christmas story as part of the Candlelight Processional at Epcot on December 4 and 5, according to MousePlanet.
