Audrina Patridge out of DWTS but gets her own VH1 series

Dancing with the Stars dumped former The Hills star Audrina Patridge from the show last night, but she’ll soon be on another network in her own show. Audrina went home despite having the second-highest scores from the judges, while low-scorers Kurt Warner and Bristol Palin were both declared safe first.

But there’s good news for Audrina today: her Mark Burnett-produced docudrama that will follow her life has been picked up by VH1. It was first announced in March, and now, VH1 has picked it up. Deadline reports that “The still untitled project, whose order is expected to be in the 8-10 episode range, will document Patridge’s life with her family as she tries to navigate the world of fame and celebrity in Hollywood.”
