DWTS cast rumors: Bristol Palin, Bachelorette’s Ali, Roberto, David Hasselhoff; not Kirstie Alley

With just a few days until the actual cast announcement, there’s been a flurry of reports about potential Dancing with the Stars 11 cast members, in addition to previously reported names like The Situation and Brandy. And one person, Kirstie Alley, dismissed reports that she’s on the cast.

Sarah Palin’s daughter Bristol Palin, mother of Levi Johnston’s child, will appear on the show, according to E! News. E! also says it can confirm reports that David Hasselhoff is appearing, but insists that “Kirstie Alley won’t be there—and neither will anyone of Bachelor or Bachelorette fame (sorry, Ali and Roberto!).”

The exact opposite was reported by In Touch, which said Kirstie Alley was joining the cast, paired with Maksim Chmerkovskiy, and that “Maks’ ex Karina Smirnoff told In Touch at Audi’s pre-Emmy party on August 22 that she is hoping that another ex-TV star, David Hasselhoff, is also part of the cast.”

Alas, In Touch forgot to actually ask Kirstie Alley, who wrote on Twitter that it’s “Just a rumor” because she’s “Way too chicken” to do it.

Reports also keep citing the possible ABC synergy of Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky and her fiance Roberto Martinez being on the show, which was first reported by OK! Magazine.
