Mark Burnett plans Combat Missions for USA.
Four-person teams of “existing and former members of elite combat units of the U.S. military” will form the cast of Combat Missions, a show Mark Burnett will produce for USA, Variety reports. Living on a military base, the cast will participate in intense exercises including rescuing hostages and getting attacked by snipers. The 15 hour-long episodes will debut after Memorial Day 2001.
