The cast for Celebrity Rehab 4 has been announced by VH1, and consists of Party of Five and 7th Heaven actor Jeremy London, alleged Tiger Woods mistress Rachel Uchitel, Janice Dickinson, Leif Garrett, The Hills star Jason Wahler, Keyshia Cole’s mother and the star of BET’s Frankie & Neffe Frankie Lons, and socialite Jason Davis.

In its first three seasons, the show has had nine cast members, but there are seven for season four. The cast announcement follows a long period during which tabloid web sites repeatedly suggested that the season might not happen because of an inability to find a cast.

The fourth season will debut later this year.
