To promote the show, Dr. Drew Pinsky appeared on The Today Show yesterday, and revealed that the process is harder at first for the new celebrities, in part because they were doing the show for the wrong reasons. “This group has more nefarious kinds of motivations, so it’s a little heavier lifting for us to get them into the game, but once they’re in, they really have a lovely experience in treatment,” he said.
