Celebrity Mole tapes may have been destroyed in a fire early Wednesday.
The tapes for ABC’s Celebrity Mole may have been destroyed in a fire late Tuesday night. Stone Stanley Entertainment’s offices were at Hollywood Center Studios, where the fire struck a building that contained the tapes for the show. Stone Stanley’s offices were in the complex, where it also produced Popstars. A show rep says that “people with towels [are] drying the tapes” and are “assessing right now how bad it is … Until we actually stick the tapes in the machines, we won’t know how many of them are good,” according to the New York Daily News’ Daily Dish (second-to-last item).
