Bravo stars Jeff Lewis, Kelly Cutrone going to daytime TV
Two Bravo docudrama stars will soon be appearing on daytime TV shows: Flipping Out’s Jeff Lewis will co-host a Will & Grace-style daytime talk show with Tori & Dean star Tori Spelling, and Kell on Earth’s Kelly Cutrone has joined Dr. Phil as a contributor.
Kelly Cutrone “has signed on as a special correspondent” and “will recur throughout the remainder of this ninth season,” according to a press release, and she “will lend her no-nonsense approach to stories centered primarily on 20-something generational topics as well as issues that motivate young girls to gain their independence, such as anti-bullying, weight-control and social skills.”
Meanwhile, Jeff Lewis filmed a pilot of a daytime talk show with Tori Spelling, herself a reality star, and they “had good chemistry” for a series that “wants to be a talk show version of Will & Grace,” the Los Angeles Times reported. The paper said the show “is being developed by ABC Media Productions,” although it could end up on another network or in syndication if ABC doesn’t want it.
