Chad Rogers leaving Million Dollar Listing; producers casting for New York version

One of the three stars of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing is leaving the series, and producers are now casting for New York City real estate agents, perhaps for a spin-off of the L.A.-set series.

Chad Rogers, whose attempts to cause drama couldn’t overcome his awkward acting and stilted delivery last season, is leaving, according to Madison Hildebrand, one of the other two cast members, who also confirmed the show is returning for a fourth season.

Madison posted on Twitter that Chad “is not on next season.” (That was noticed by BravoGossip.) In addition, Chad’s web site doesn’t mention the show, nor does his Twitter bio, even though his handle is ChadRogersTV. His Facebook profile, however, still says “I star in Bravo’s hit real estate show ‘Million Dollar Listing.’”

Meanwhile, series producer World of Wonder Productions is casting “prominent realtors in New York who are involved with high-profile clients and deals.” That sounds like Bravo will be spinning off a New York version of the show.

Here’s the casting call:

World of Wonder Productions (Million Dollar Listing) is working on a new high-end real estate docu-series set in New York that follows the lives and careers of top real estate agents. The producers are seeking prominent realtors in New York who are involved with high-profile clients and deals. Only realtors with a constant flow of listings and who are major players in the real estate world will be considered. To apply, send an email to NYREALTORCASTING@gmail.com along with a brief bio of your experience, where you live and where you work. Describe your listings and neighbors, clients, social circle and you would be great on the show. Also include a recent photo and contact numbers where you can be reached.
