FOX accuses CBS of “manipulating the results on Survivor.”
In its defense of CBS’ suit (which claims Boot Camp is a rip-off of Survivor), FOX is accusing CBS of “manipulating the results”—which leads to “unclean hands,” “a legal doctrine under which a court will refuse to reward a wrongdoer,” Variety reports. Looks like Stacey Stillman has a friend in FOX.
