Adam Jasinski has to go to rehab before his parents can bail him out

Class-act Big Brother 9 winner Adam Jasinski, who was indicted and jailed since late October for possessing Oxycodone with the intent to distribute it, will be let out only if he goes to rehab first.

Adam “can be released on bail to his parents’ custody, but only after he successfully completes a program at an unnamed residential treatment center in Massachusetts,” The AP reports. He has “to undergo substance abuse counseling at a Massachusetts treatment center.” Adam’s lawyer told the AP that “the judge has essentially found that Adam is not either a danger to the community or a risk of flight.”

Don’t forget the fact that the judge also found Adam has a substance abuse problem that needs treatment.
