Big Brother’s Mike Malin sued, accused of hiring male sex partners with embezzled money

Mike “Boogie” Malin, winner of Big Brother 7, star of the VH1 flop Famous Food, and former owner of a genital wart, is suing a former business partner for extortion, and is being sued by that man for embezzling more than $1 million, and using that money in part to hiring men to fulfill his sexual fantasies where his partners would have nicknames such as “Uncle Jerry” and “Dad.”

The Wrap reports that Mike “accuses [attorney Martin] Singer and his client, Geisha House restaurant promoter Shereene Arazm, of extortion, violation of civil rights and infliction of emotional distress,” and “accuses Singer and Arazm — a former partner of Malin’s — of hiring someone to hack into Malin’s emails and illegally tap his phone.”

Singer filed a lawsuit against Malin on Tuesday that “characterizes Malin as a ‘washed-up reality star’ and [Malin’s business partner Lonnie] Moore as an ‘accused rapist,’ goes on to list numerous ways in which the pair has allegedly diverted funds and resources from Geisha House for their own benefit.”

It also “accuses Malin of using embezzled Geisha House resources to set up ‘multiple sexual encounters with various older men, during which Malin would live out fetish role play fantasies … playing out Malin’s versions of a father/son and uncle/nephew relationship.’ … Malin’s nicknames for his older partners included ‘Uncle Jerry’ and ‘Dad,’ according to the suit.”

Wow.
