Big Brother 6

Big Brother 6 gets a new house.

Big Brother 6 gets a new house.
The trailer in CBS’ parking lot that has served as the home of Big Brother for five seasons is going away, as the network has built a new house for Big Brother 6. (The show debuts July 7 and airs, as usual, on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET, and Thursdays and Saturdays at 8 p.m.) In time for the new season, the network “has built a new two-story ‘Big Brother’ house on the site of the old ‘Yes, Dear’ studio space. Exec producers Arnold Shapiro and Allison Grodner said the new digs will open up a slew of production possibilities,” according to Variety. Grodner told the paper that “our cameras will be able to get real aerial shots. It will definitely look and feel different, maybe a little more like a loft space.” Let’s hope that the addition of space won’t cut down on the skankiness—and that there will be stairs that cast members can push each other down.
