Lisa won the three-part final Big Brother 3 head of household competition, after defeating Jason in the final round. As the final head of household, she chose to evict Jason, thereby taking Danielle with her to the final two and separating the Danielle-Jason alliance that has survived since the first weeks of the game. The live finale takes place Wednesday at 9 p.m. ET, as the 10 evicted house guests return to cast their votes.
