Josh Feinberg, who was spared eviction on Big Brother 3 last night, sued in 1997 claiming “he was permanently injured when he stumbled in a small hole in the sidewalk of the former Winn Dixie supermarket in the Western Way Plaza” in Florida, according to Hernando Today. At the time, Josh was a waiter at a local Pizza Hut. One of the jurors says now, “None of us on the jury believed a word he said.” However the jury awarded him $15,000, of which he received $1,500 because “they also decided Winn Dixie was only 10 percent responsible,” the paper reports. Josh also settled with two other plaintiffs for $80,000.
