Another Big Brother 3 house guest is due in court. Tonya Paoni, who could be evicted from the house tonight, has a trial date of Aug. 26 for her divorce. According to the divorce papers, which were discovered by The Smoking Gun, her husband accuses Tonya of “clubbing” and “staying away from and avoiding our house for days,” prompting her kids to ask where she is. There was also an incident where police were called after Tonya entered their home in violation of a court order and allegedly keyed his car. In a letter, a friend of the family says “Tanya’s [sic] wardrobe has become progressively more provocative, especially since her breast augmentation surgery.”
