The Smoking Gun has uncovered documents showing that Mike Carri—the same Mike that’s living in the Big Brother 2 house, even though he now goes by Mike Malin—was arrested and charged with five misdemeanors for breaking into the set of Batman & Robin and taking hidden camera photos and/or video a few years back. Mike and friends had done the same thing twice previously, selling the footage to Inside Edition. Additionally, The Smoking Gun was unable to find Mike’s name on licensing or ownership documents kept by California’s Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
