By a vote of 5 to 3, Sheryl—who head of household Mike nominated in an attempt to force the rest of the housemates to vote for Nicole—was banished from the Big Brother 2 house. The beginning and the end of the show, however, focused on Justin, showing some of his misogynistic and violent behavior and showing what lead up to the knife incident—but not actual moment itself. In an interview with Julie, Justin said, “If there’s anyone that could perceive that as an act of violence or as a threat, then you’re an idiot.” Also, Julie Chen revealed that Sheryl would return at the end as part of a jury to vote for the winner—another element borrowed from Survivor.
