Krista “initially lied to the show’s producers” about arrest for battery.
As she confessed to on Big Brother 2 live feeds, Krista was arrested in March for battery after she and her boyfriend got into a brawl, for which the D.A. “declined prosecution.” The Smoking Gun reports that Krista initially lied to the producers of the show about it, but finally told the truth.
