The producers who collectively act as Big Brother have been getting frequently frustrated by the house guests’ insolence and ignoring of rules, and they’ve begun to punish the house guests. The house guests contend they’ve broken rules—like leaving a bedroom to see a banner-toting plane when they were told to stay inside—because the producers have been lying to them.
