Average Joe: Adam Returns was about as eventful as, well, it was so uneventful I can’t even think of something to compare it to. But at least its star, Adam Mesh, is now happy. After getting dumped on his ass by Melana “I went with the hot-looking dumb one” Scantlin, he went on to rule his own reality show, where he met Samantha Trenk. The couple is still together, Adam tells the News Transcript. He says his parents approve, despite the appearance otherwise: “My parents think Sam is a great girl. I think it was my mother crying that raised questions, but she was crying because she was thinking of my getting married.” Another person that approves of Adam’s selection is Melana. Adam says, “Melana was the first person to call me after I picked Sam. Melana was happy because she said I went with my heart.” That’s especially hilarious since her heart was the last body part Melana was using when she picked Jason over Adam.
