Is it possible that Average Joe star Melana Scantlin isn’t a shallow, superficial person after all? She says she chose Jason not because he is hot and has perfect hair, but because”Adam’s feelings had surpassed my feelings, and I couldn’t meet him at that level. Jason and I were on the same page.” Does that pragmatism make her realistic and grounded about finding love on a stupid reality TV show, or cold and unromantic? She also says Jason was edited poorly: “If they showed the audience Jason really does have a personality, Adam wouldn’t look like such a hero.”
