Win tickets to America’s Got Talent’s live tour
If you’d like to see Prince Poppycock, Fighting Gravity, Jackie Evancho, and that guy who won America’s Got Talent all perform live, I’m giving away a pair of tickets to 10 of the cities on the show’s fall tour.
Tour promoter AEG Live has provided reality blurred with one pair of tickets for each of the following cities and dates:
- Oct. 21, Saint Louis, Mo.
- Oct. 22, Indianapolis, Ind.
- Oct. 23, Columbus, Ohio
- Oct. 24, Detroit, Mich.
- Oct. 28, Richmond, Va.
- Oct. 30, Atlantic City, N.J.
- Nov. 3, Boston, Mass.
- Nov. 4, Washington, D.C.
- Nov. 5, Greensboro, N.C.
- Nov. 6, Atlanta, Ga.
To enter, post a comment below that consists of the city and date you’d like tickets for. You may enter once per day, and each entry can only be for one city (though you may choose different cities in different entries), but you can only win once.
Important: Make sure you have a working e.mail address or way to contact you associated with the profile you use to log in. (If you log in via Facebook, make sure a stranger, me, can send you a message. And if it’s your first time commenting, follow the instructions below the commenting box so your real name shows up, or else your comment won’t be posted and you won’t be entered, and I won’t be sympathetic to your inability to follow directions.)
If you win, you’ll have 24 hours to send me your full name, as it’s shown on your ID, which I will use only to give to AEG, so they can put you on the list to pick up your tickets at the venue’s will call window. If I can’t contact you, or you don’t respond, I’ll pick someone else. No purchase necessary, I’m not responsible for bad seats or cancellations or anything else you might want to complain about, and you’re responsible for any applicable taxes, et cetera. You are, of course, responsible for getting to the venue on your own.
I’ll randomly select winners for the St. Louis, Indianapolis, Columbus, and Detroit dates next Tuesday, Oct. 19, at noon ET, and then for the rest of the dates on Oct. 26 at noon. If you don’t win, or if the contest doesn’t include a city near you, buy tickets yourself.
