ArchivesIf you’re the kind of American Idol 5 fan who is desperate to know what kind of ringtone your favorite finalist has, TMZ.com has revealed what it calls the “secrets of the 12 ‘Idol’ finalists.” These aren’t, however, the kind of secrets that will land the contestants on the cover of a tabloid or get them booted off the competition; none of them masturbated for money or battered their sister, tragically enough.
For example, we learn that Ace Young’s ringtone is”Don’t Stop ‘Till You Get Enough” by Michael Jackson, while Kevin Covais “does the best impersonation ever of Cleveland from ‘Family Guy.’” As for Katharine McPhee, the other contestants reportedly “fear her” because of her talent.
Elliott Yamin has diabetes and wears an insulin pump, while Mandisa is a “worship leader” for Living Proof Ministries. And Chris Daughtry “works in the service department of Crown Honda” in North Carolina.
The top 12 perform tomorrow night, and the group will be narrowed to 11 on Wednesday.
