Last week, he said that his comments weren’t meant to be aired. “What’s getting me into trouble,” he told Good Day LA, is the fact that producers “left the cameras rolling this year.”
But guess whose idea that was? On Friday, Simon admitted to Extra that he lied about the cameras recording, but first he lies about the fact that he wasn’t “complaining,” which he certainly was. “Well, I’m not complaining. I mean, I was the one who initiated in the first place. So, I can’t complain,” he said. Then he basically takes responsiblity, which would be refreshing had it come, say, before he lied. “I just got caught up in a few things that maybe I shouldn’t have said.”
