ArchivesConstantine Maroulis extensive experience as a musician and his time on American Idol 4 has led him to make the most effective use of his rock ‘n’ roll skills possible: he’s becoming a sitcom star.
According to People magazine, Constantine “has just signed a deal to star in an ABC sitcom produced by Kelsey Grammer’s company.” All other details are presently unknown.
Of his fame and popularity, Constantine told the magazine, “My name is out there. I’m not nervous about the window closing.” And he says he’s glad he placed sixth on the show: it’s the “best thing that’s ever happened to me. I’m not cursed with that stigma of being the American Idol,” he said.
