American Idol 3 auditions begin in Aug.
L.A., Houston, Atlanta, and New York are the first four cities that will be visited next month by American Idol 3 judges and producers as they start searching for talent. There’s no date yet for the L.A. audition, but Houston will be visited on Aug. 13, Atlanta on Aug. 20, and New York on Aug. 25. The show is scheduled to debut in January.
