Corey’s spokesman issues a statement about Idol finale bit.
While I hate to give him even more attention, this is too pathetic to ignore: Corey Clark has had his people/person release a statement about the American Idol 4 parody of his claims. Corey’s spokesman, Jed Wallace, says that “By choosing to spoof such a serious situation on last night’s final episode, FOX and American Idol have collectively made a complete mockery of their viewers, their sponsors, and the FCC.” After expressing a lot of shock, horror, and indignation—delivered with doses of faulty parallelism and other fun grammatical errors—the release/statement ends with this question: “Ratings or no ratings, where is your professionalism, honor, and integrity?”
Oh, the irony.
