report: ABC special will include audio evidence of Paula’s relationship with a contestant.
ABC’s Wednesday “Fallen Idol” special will apparently include “[l]ate night phone calls and answering machine messages are said to tie Abdul, 42, to an inappropriate relationship with a 22 year-old contestant,” Matt Drudge reports. Drudge doesn’t name the contestant, but American Idol 2 contestant Corey Clark was 22 when he was on the show. Drudge adds that “ABC is preparing to play the audio, along with on-camera interviews given by former contestants who did not receive the same personal ‘coaching.’”
