Tamyra signs managment contract.
19 Entertainment, the management company of American Idol series creator Simon Fuller, “picked up an option to manage” Tamyra Gray, MTV reports. As part of its agreement with the 10 finalists, the company, one of the producers of the show, “has three months after [the] Sept. 4 finale to decide whether to manage any of [the finalists’] careers,” including that of the winner, according to USA TODAY. Tamyra’s option is the first to be picked up.
