Behind the scenes of the creation of a haunted house
AMC is airing episodes of a new mini-reality series every night as part of its George Romero-hosted FearFest block of programming, and the show goes behind the scenes of the creation of a haunted house.
American Haunters is set behind the scenes of Kevin McCurdy’s Haunted Mansion in Wappingers Falls, New York, which AMC says “has become legendary for being at the forefront of live story telling, audience participation and interactive technology, and is one of the longest running haunted attractions in the nation.”
The 14 episodes, produced by Film Garden Entertainment, tell the story of the construction of this year’s haunted house. They’re just a couple minutes each and air during horror movie programming, at 8 and 10 p.m. ET every night through Halloween.
