Like Hopkins, ABC’s Boston Med is a real-life reality series following doctors

Tonight at 10 p.m. ET, ABC debuts another documentary reality series set in a hospital, kind of like a real-life Grey’s Anatomy, except not stupid. Boston Med is a sibling to Hopkins, the series that aired two summers ago, and follows doctors and their patients at Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and Children’s Hospital Boston. The series includes the world’s second-ever face transplant, which ends up connecting two people followed separately for the series.
