A Shot of Love 3 is currently being cast but won’t star Tila Tequila, who said no
There will not be A Shot of Love 3 for Tila Tequila, although MTV is currently casting for the third season, which will star a different bisexual woman.
“MTV asked me to do another season, but I don’t want to do that right now. I’m going to do something else with my life. It’s time to move on,” Tila Tequila told In Touch Weekly.
After being rejected again and then walking off the set of the reunion because she was so allegedly heartbroken, Tila is now dating Courtenay Semel, who previously appeared on E!’s series Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive, and who met Tila because of Tila’s series. “I’d seen the show [A Shot at Love] and just needed to meet her…and it just happened,” Courtenay told People.
Despite Tila’s rejection of MTV, the network is casting for a third season. The casting notice says the show “is coming back for a third season with a whole new cast,” which includes a different “bi-sexual bachelorette.” The show wants people over the age of 21 willing to subject themselves to that sort of humiliation for no real reason at all.
There’s also an online application and casting web site, and open calls start Friday in Detroit and continue on to other cities and states that the show’s casting producers or web producers don’t know how to spell (“SAN FRANSISCO,” “MASSACHUSETS,” “DETRIOT”).
