ArchivesFX has picked up a second season of Morgan Spurlock’s 30 Days. The renewal was almost assured, as the series “averaged 1.4 million viewers during its six-week run, making it FX’s highest-rated unscripted program to date,” according to The Hollywood Reporter. Despite the renewal, “[t]he number of episodes ordered and return airdate is still to be determined,” the paper reports.
In his most recent blog entry, Morgan hopes for the show’s renewal and encourages people with ideas to “submit them thru the FX website.” He also adds, “There will be a DVD of season one, but not anytime soon.”
