Ethan Zohn getting his second stem cell transplant today

Survivor Africa winner and generally amazing person Ethan Zohn will get his second stem cell transplant today, part of his treatment for the recurrence of cancer. Survivor Amazon winner and Ethan’s girlfriend Jenna Morasca is tweeting updates.

Earlier this month, he told his show Everyday Health, “I’m extremely … I’m scared. I’m nervous. I’m anxious. I’ve done it before. It’s not anything you want to do again. You don’t want to go through that twice.”

Ethan still ran the New York City marathon after being diagnosed, and while he’d hoped to run the Boston marathon this spring, Bachelorette winner Ryan Sutter will run in his place instead.
