Fall 2011 reality TV debut schedule

With two major reality series kicking off tonight (Survivor and Top Model)
and two concluding their run (Big Brother and America’s Got Talent), it’s time to declare the end of summer and the start of fall. Really, though, such distinctions are arbitrary now, as cable TV networks especially don’t follow strict seasons, which is why there are many shows that either started their runs in the last few weeks or are still going strong from the summer.

The following is a frequently-updated list of officially announced debut dates for new and returning reality series (send updates, additions, and corrections are always welcome). For shows that premiered before Sept. 14, see the summer 2011 schedule.

Times listed are ET; TV networks sometimes change their schedules or repeat episodes, so check your cable guide or other TV listings. For up-to-date news on more popular shows, click the [news] link that follows it.
