The Talk adds Kris Jenner to replace exiting reality stars; “overbearing” Julie Chen is staying

CBS’ daytime talk show The Talk is adding Keeping up with the Kardashians star Kris Jenner as one of its co-host, as The Apprentice‘s Holly Robinson Peete leaves along with Leah Remini, while America’s Got Talent judge Sharon Osbourne will only appear six weeks next season. And while Big Brother host Julie Chen is staying along with Sara Gilbert, she’s being blamed for being part of the problem.

That’s according to Deadline’s report, which calls Julie “overbearing,” specifically saying that “tensions between most of the women, especially with the overbearing ‘Chenbot’, had developed during the first season. Sounds like the backroom battles were far more interesting than anything on air: the jealousies, the bickering, the micromanaging.”
