Tool Academy cast member arrested for having sex with 15-year-old

Chasyn Rance, a cast member on Tool Academy‘s third season who quit during the first episode, has been arrested for having sex with a 15-year-old two years ago, when he was 25. He bonded out of jail Monday.

Chasyn, who was nicknamed “Wrestlin’ Tool” on the show, “was arrested Sunday and charged with lewd or lascivious battery,” which “is a second-degree felony,” after “[a] California girl told the Orange County Sheriff’s Office in April that she had at least two sexual encounters with Rance in 2008, when she was 15 and visiting her father in Florida,” The Orlando Sentinel reports.

In a phone call from Chasyn to the girl that police recorded, the police report says he said, “I didn’t want to do that. I was waiting for a long time. I was going to wait until you were like 18.”
