Survivor Africa, Survivor Marquesas (finally) on DVD

Seasons three and four of Survivor, which have long been missing from the available full-season DVD sets, are now available for pre-order on Amazon.com and have quickly become among the best-selling TV and movie DVDs. However, they still don’t have a release date, and they are being manufactured on-demand on DVD-R discs, which comes with a disclaimer on the product pages noting that it “may not play in other DVD devices, including recorders and PC drives.”

The release of the DVD of Survivor Africa and and Survivor Marquesas fills in a part of the gap in released full-season DVDs, as previously, seasons three to six (Africa, Marquesas, Thailand, and Amazon) were not available. No seasons after Palau have been released, however.

Here’s every season that’s been released on DVD, including, now, three and four, including the four-season special DVD. Hover over them for details:

Surprisingly, man not eaten alive on Eaten Alive

Eaten Alive

Discovery Channel’s happy family holiday special Eaten Alive aired Sunday, rewarding viewers for their two full hours of viewing by ensuring that they spent quality time in the company of others instead of wasting that time doing something else that might not have been as satisfying, such as buying things that have labels which accurately reflect their contents.
