TLC, Jon Gosselin settle their lawsuits, but TLC keeps the Gosselins under contract

TLC and Jon Gosselin have settled their lawsuits against one another. (TLC sued for breach of contract and Jon sued for “great anguish” and “financial losses”.)

TLC released a statement announcing that it “has reached a settlement with Jon Gosselin and will be undertaking procedural steps to conclude the litigation. All terms of the settlement are confidential. The whole Gosselin family remains under contract with TLC.”

That phrase “whole Gosselin” family is even creepier than TLC’s already creepy contract with them, because it includes the kids. Let’s hope TLC leaves them alone.
