Celebrity Apprentice 2 debuts Sunday

NBC brings back The Celebrity Apprentice for its second season on Sunday night, with a two-hour premiere that starts at 9 p.m. ET. Its cast of 16 quasi-celebrities includes Joan and Melissa Rivers, Herschel Walker, Dennis Rodman, Tom Green, Annie Duke, and Clint Black, and Joan Rivers already spoiled the end of the season by revealing someone who made it to the final two.

The show taped last fall, and the economy affected the cast’s ability to raise money for charity, Trump and producers said earlier this year.

In an extended preview of the season, Donald Trump says this cast is better than last season’s, and also says he likes this format better than the original. “This show will be the best of all,” he says. Then again, when wasn’t whatever Donald was doing at that very minute the very best thing ever in the history of the planet?
