Miss USA wears Kayne’s Project Runway dress, is the fourth runner-up

Miss USA Tara Conner wore the dress designed by Project Runway 3‘s Kayne Gillaspie (with the help of Robert Best) on Sunday’s Miss Universe pageant. She made it to the final round, but ultimately became the fourth runner-up.

Oddly, her profile on the Miss Universe site shows a different evening gown, although she’s clearly wearing Kayne’s dress in photos from the show.

Reader Dave, who actually watched the show, reports that it was a veritable reunion of reality stars: among others, Donald Trump; his latest Apprentice Sean, who was a judge; Carson Kressley from Queer Eye; and even Project Runway 2‘s Santino, who also helped judge the competition.
